First - The tire service and rotation side of the business was as advertised. However, the billing after your subscription (auto month-to-month) was deceptive and when I tried to cancel I got crickets from their support. No response, simply a monthly credit card charge. I ended up having to dispute charges and blocking Treads because they NEVER respond. For this, SCAM

The service and app were great when I signed up in 2022, but now that I need to make account changes and try to schedule a service, I am unable to because nothing is accessible within the app and it insists I have a previously scheduled service. I tried to use the in-app messaging only to get an AI bot that gives an email address that is not being answered, and I cannot get a response from the phone number on their site. I just want to cancel my account due to a lack of service, because now it's a waste of money to pay for something I can't use.

The service is super convenient, but lately I have had some bad service My tire techs came out and plugged my tires twice in the shoulder of the tire instead of replacing and I ended up having to re-do a new subscription because they didn't carry my tire anymore ... I felt this was a rip off and I was taken advantage of.. I have a 4wd vehicle and needed 2 tires to be warranty replaced after I paid them off and was only given the option to buy 4 new tires, costing me $50 more a month again.. I am very disappointed in this.

Never showed up for the installation appointment. I contacted support and they said the installers had me on the schedule for the next day, but the app had today listed. I was going out of town the next day and couldn’t make the appointment. So I canceled the entire thing. If they couldn’t make an attempt to make a halfway decent FIRST impression, how was it going to go when I got the tires on my car. No thanks. At discount tire now getting tires on my car before we leave town. I have it two stars because the support guy was okay. Waaaaay too happy to cancel my subscription though.
