Overall, my experience with Treads has been good. For someone who drives a lot like I do, it is a very good value as well. My only complaint is that the tracking on the app is pretty bad. It only picks up about 40% of my driving.

Though I spend more for tires, service is great and I was able to get tires when I didn’t have the money to pay all at once.

I would have given 5stars but the beginning of the process was not good and had to reach out a few times before I could get started

You take the service to us

Always on time. However, the mechanics needs to communicate with their customers about being at the location to do service rather than doing the work and disappearing not noticing their presence. What if they done a horrible job and left without notice? I would like to see them do the work.

Great service overall. I'm pleased with the selection of tires, though the upgraded options aren't available in my area so that was a teeny bit disappointing. The installation went well. They needed to reschedule due to a problem with their vehicle but when they did arrive it was quick and well done. Communication could be better but as with all new things there will always be bugs that have to be worked out. None of the hurdles was monumental and I'm very happy with my tires. Would definitely recommend

Waited a little longer than expected,but they came through. So I'm happy so far

They have been great, I got tires when I really needed them. Although they weren't able to put the tires on and I had to go to big o and pay to get them installed. They did promise to credit my account.. I have yet to see the credit.
