This is a scamming company. They first of all pretend they are booking.com and then charge you for any changes you make to your booking. I got charged £486.92 for changing my credit card. I did not give them permission to take the money but after I gave them the details of the card I wanted to use they took the money. I tried to call them but their phone would not work. I then contacted my credit card company and complained who is dealing with the matter.

It was very good to book the hotel from the travelouts agent. Agent helps you for the hotels and provide you all detail. Agent is very polite and give you always proper response although it was very good experience.

I was in hospital and they lied who they were ,and took over 200 pounds of my money making out they were booking .com because i had to change my hotel booking i called them back and they hanged up on me had to cancel my card DO NOT TRUST THEM VERY GOOD SCAM

scam do not use this company claimed to be booking .com and charged me £190 to cancel a flight , booking.com has no idea of this , im normally on the ball to scammers he was impressive ive had to cancel me card because of this , DO NOT USE AT YOUR COST
