My experience was very good with travelouts. They have given me very good deal for my honeymoon. I got my flight hotel and car also from them in very good price.

I was looking for car rental with affordable price and i called Travelouts where i had a word with Jenny who was so good in in-terms of helping customer and helped me with the price I was looking for it was great interactions and I would recommend people to use this Company if they are looking for best price for car rental

This company is a wonder when it comes to travel. No matters if its flights, hotel or car rental. They take care of everything and expedite and organize the process in such a way that travelling seems to be fun.

I made an international car rental with Travelouts and received an email stating that the deposit was refundable. When I needed to cancel the reservation, I was told it was non-refundable. When I reminded them that I had an email they told me that they would send it to their resolution team. I realized later they were simply stalling for time until I was beyond the 90-day window to dispute the charge. After several phone calls, I was finally told to stop calling because I would NEVER get my money back. The rep then hung up on me. I filed a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the NJ Bureau of Consumer Affairs but they never responded to either agency. Do not use this company!!

I called about a flight booking and a Mr John Smith answered the phone (Tel : 08081757385). Having made full payment in the booking, my flight was confirmed, except that I did not receive the confirmation email because I made a typo of my email address. So I asked him to amend the email address for me. He lied and told me that my flight was not confirmed because taxes are still outstanding. He asked me to pay a big extra amount to settle the taxes and for modification fee of my email address. Luckily, I refused the extra payment and did not fall into this trap. Later, I called the airline to amend my email address and clearly my flight was already confirmed upon my earlier payment.
