I’d have given it no stars if I could have!! Absolute scam been waiting 7 weeks for a refund,every time you ring they give an English name and in the end they cut you off and when you ring you ask for whoever it was you spoke and they’ve always just left their shift or haven’t arrived yet even though you’ve just spoken to them!! 😡 Avoid like the plague!

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! BOOKING.COM SCAM they called us today to say we outstanded a payment of 202 pounds. IM SO GLAD I VISUTED THIS AND FILTERED TO 1 STAR otherwise we would have paid. I'm glad we didn't. DO NOT OAY AT ANY COST ITS A SCAMMM!!!! CHECK UR EMAILS IT WILL SAY TRAVELOUTS NOT BOOKING.COM
