COVID-19 reeked havoc with our plans and preparations to go to Egypt, but our Travelous agent was totally on task. He rescheduled our entire itinerary at the last minute, managed to secure fabulous guides and facilitators and our entire trip was terrific. I appreciated the suggestions that were made and how our wishes were accommodated. We could not have been more pleased.

Johanna was amazing! The trip was amazing, the tours were just epic, felt so private, fun, secure, and soooo personal!!! My group was more than thrilled!!!! Thank you so much! We met great people, saw great things, and just had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! We even ran into a problem with a rental car that had NOTHING AT ALL to do with Travelous, Johanna and our local contact, made it all work out! They truly went on and beyond all of the group of 7 we had, expectations!

On a moment’s notice, Chris put together a flawless plan for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We also used Travellous in Egypt. Again, it made the entire trip memorable, enjoyable and educational. I could not give them more than maximum stars, though I would if I could.

We had the best experience in Egypt! In Cairo, our guide Samar provided the best service, was very prompt and made sure everything went as planned. Nermean provided the best information as we explored downtown Cairo, she was full of information and energy. In Luxor, Lamey was a rockstar and is very knowledgeable in the field. His personality and energy makes for a very fun time! This was a very busy trip, with many stops along the way, but the Travelous team made sure the experience was as good as it could be. 5 out of 5 stars !

Travelous is amazing! They take so much time and care with their clients to ensure they will love their trip. They customize the trip to your desires while also guiding you in the right directions based on their experience and expertise. Our guides Lamey and Nermeen were so informative and fun! And all of our reps were great, but Samer definitely stood out from the others. He made sure our special day was perfect. Chris Bazos is an exceptional trip organizer and we will definitely be using Travelous in the future. We already have Greece in our sights :)

Our tour was fantastic! It was well organized from start to finish, with no detail forgotten. Our airport/ local representative, guides, itinerary, meal plans, and hotels were excellent. We had a nice mix of local vs chain lodging and dining options, as well as educational/ cultural versus adventure activities. We loved it and credit Travelous for coordinating it all!

I worked with Chris Bazos to plan a trip to Dubai during the pandemic in March 2021 for a group of 7 friends. The trip was seamless from pre-departure to after the trip. Chris was readily available throughout the whole process, very detailed in getting us prepared to enter and exit Dubai with all the Covid travel restrictions (which was complex with testing abroad and with such a large group). We received excellent customer service during our stay in Dubai. Our guide Mohammed Omar was very professional, knowledgeable, and made our trip so pleasant and efficient. Our guide went above and beyond to make visits to the airport and hospital ahead of time to make our travels and covid test times more efficient. He even sent our friend flowers on her birthday to the hotel during the trip! Every excursion was impeccable and reasonably priced for our group within our budget as requested. I would highly recommend Travelous for your travel needs! I have been to 47 countries, and Dubai is at the top of my list...thanks to Travelous for making it so memorable and well planned. Mohammed is definitely one of the best guides I have had in all of my years of traveling.
