Stockholm and Oslo
The first hotel in Stockholm had no elevator and we had heavy luggage to drag upstairs. There were only women working there, no porters. The hotel in Oslo had no air conditioning; we were there in July and it was extremely hot even at night and hard to sleep.

Thank you for travelling with Travelous and your feedback. Your Stockholm hotel does have porter service and should have offered it to you in this case. Unfortunately, we cannot control the customer service of a particular accommodation. Regarding the hotel in Olso – it is common that most accommodations in Scandinavian countries are not equipped with Air Conditioning due to the Northern climate and may only require it 1 or 2 weeks per year. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused in both instances and hope we have the opportunity to provide additional travel planning services in the future.
