Great Follow-up on booking!
A last minute change in plans resulted in flight modifications. Because of this, our original itenary wasn't applicable, and we didn't have airline confirmation. Called to request confirmation. The support staff (Bree) quickly verified our booking, walked through fo verbal confirmation of accuracy, and emailed new data in ~ 10 minutes. She then called back to ensure receipt of same, and to make sure all questions were answered. Great job & kudos to Bree!!
