BEWARE! On Oct 23, 2024, I purchased a ticket to Vienna, Austria from Dulles Airport, Virginia for a PREMIUM ECONOMY ticket on United Airlines from Travelomile. They confirmed, in an email, a New Booking Confirmation advising they were going to charge my account $4,423.81 for that ticket. 11 days before the flight, I emailed them to determine where my ticket was. When I got no response, I told them to cancel my "ticket." In fact, they had purchased an economy ticket but never sent it to me. On a whim, I called United and sure enough, there was only an economy ticket that I could not cancel or change. Now my credit card company (Cosco/Citi Bank) is making me pay the more than $2000 for that ticket I never received nor did I use. BEWARE!

Travelomile is a scam company. They booked a flight 12/3/24 that appeared legit. The day before the expectant flight in January I learned that Travelomile didn't pay United Airlines and therefore the flight was cancelled. I have since learned that a $2525.76 credit I with united airlines has been used, (or stolen by Travelomile) This company should be put out of business. Don't use these fraudsters.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM! I thought I was speaking to United Airlines. I asked the representative 4 times to confirm it was United. Yes, Yes, Yes. Told me they would cancel my flight and give full $595.00 refund for a $149.99 fee (red flag). I stupidly paid the fee. He told me it would take up to 2 months for refund (huge red flag). Called after a month to check on refund, they said it would take up to 2 months. Now the 2 months have passed and they want a cancellation number. I gave them the cancellation number that was in the email they sent me. No, they want the United cancellation number. I don't have it (they made the cancellation). I only have the cancellation number they gave me. He then told me they issued the refund (which they didn't). Then he wanted my birthdate (red flag) and got upset when I wouldn't give it to him. I guess I will write off the refund and dispute the fee with my credit card company.

I'm very upset that I fell for this scam and it feels like I have no recourse but to accept the results at this point and move on. My MAIN point of contention is that they clearly use websites designed to look like an airline that redirect to THEIR service. It's one thing if I know I'm calling "Travelomile" and accept the charges, and it's another thing entirely to come from a website that is a mirror of Delta Airlines (Would put in a screenshot if I could) thinking the entire call I'm talking to Delta. That is clear deception at best and fraud at worst. It's extra frustrating because they did in fact perform a service for me and I would be less upset if they were just honest from the get go (even though I could have done it myself for free on the actual Delta site). I guess I've learned to always ask up front EXACTLY who I'm talking to from now on. I would never use this service again.

This company is a scam. The tickets I purchased through them were not valid. They also charged them to someone else’s card and not mine. They just got my information to make fraudulent purchases. I had to cancel my card and contact all the charities that I donated to. Do not use this company.

I needed to change a flight and believed I was talking to United Airlines, got the number online and it looked like United. Somehow I had gotten through to Travelomile. They were super friendly and said they could help. They said they would need to cancel everything and I paid the same ticket/baggage price again for 2 tickets! Go online and do it yourself. They will confuse you, offer you the moon, send you emails, give you a time restraint, have you send an email back to them waiving your rights. I could go on but it is exhausting and frankly I feel embarrassed for falling for this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND ASK WHAT THE COMPANY NAME IS WHEN YOU CALL.

Calls are not returned. The reservation does not appear to exist in Amer Airlines. Franklin cancelled the upgrade I had made with miles. AA does not return miles...neither Cairo nor Franklin although promising to call back do not. Never again

Realized it was scam after calling a day before my trip and being told the ticket did not exist under any of my personal information. Scammed double the amount of money for the ticket, claiming there was a 10% discount when I called. Had to freeze my card afterwards.
