Israel Rocks!
Israel was such a big help, even 6 months after my experience ! I was not pleased with the initial service at all. I called several times for about a month and spoke with several people, including supervisors, got absolutley no where and received no call backs as promised. Israel called one time to follow up on my review. He dug deep into the situation and found out answers in a couple of hours, that I couldn't get for weeks. He asked me to do some research on my side and called back to follow up on my findings. He really listened and really cared. Situation resolved. 5 stars for Israel and I hope he trains all the new employees ;)
