If there was anything less than one star I would have chosen it. I want to warn everyone: DO NOT book with this airline company—they are nothing but scammers! I booked my ticket, and was given a conformation number but never received a confirmation email. Concerned, I called them the next day only to be met with excuse after excuse. They tried to tell me there was a "technical issue," or maybe I "entered my email wrong." It was obvious they were just lying and stalling for time. To make matters worse, they demanded an extra $1000 to "complete the booking," even though I had already paid the full price! When I refused, they abruptly hung up twice on me. This company is completely unethical, and their tactics are deceitful. They tried to manipulate me out of more money after I had already paid—essentially holding my ticket hostage. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY AWAY. This is not an airline, it's a scam operation. Save yourself the trouble and book with a reputable company instead.

I am still waiting for my refund of £136. Stop telling me I am not entitled to a refund when this is blatantly taking advantage of customers and the whole advertising is misleading and untrue. I will be posting on here daily and will be going to my bank along with the press and legal advice if this is not sorted

I bought tickets last Saturday and after I had paid, I received an email telling me: "Your booking is pending with booking reference number XXXX If any query please contact our customer support at +1-830-549-6823 or send us an email at bookingsxxx and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you." As today Monday, I had no confirmation number and my credit card hadn't been charged, so I called them and after several attemps, I could talk to someone who said that the price they gave me wasn't approved by the airline, because it's higher. I was so scared and reported it to my credit card, because these people have all my information.

Somehow was transferred to them from a Southwest link. They acted as Southwest agents, Southwest told me they were a fraudulent company that was transferring numbers from the an official phone line.

TOTAL FRAUD…this company is total fraud I checked fare on their site (SFO-BLR)and they had App only fare. I downloaded the app and it still showed me the fare that was published online. I paid for the ticket and received a confirmation number and said ticket will be issued in few minutes. I didn’t get the ticket…. I called them and and they said their fare went 2&1/2 times after it was booked. So wanted me to pay more and wanted credit card details over the phone…. The company has 3 different names 1) pcm travels on WhatsApp 2) website “book.flybackindia.com” but WhatsApp says “theteavelmakers.us” 3) App name “Jetco”

Scam !Scam this company stole my money and it’s asking for more money after they send me a txt on my flight confirmation. My family and are supposed to fly out in the middle of July and booked our ticket through Travelmakers to find out they never scheduled our flights even though we paid them and they dare to asked for more money. Our family vacation has been canceled and now we’re having to fight back for our money .

Scammers. I misdialed the Southwest number by one digit and ended up with these guys. He asked for our Rapid Rewards number and the Password. Changed the Password. We bought two tickets which he bought using our Rewards and also charged our card. In the end when we saw his email, it was not from Southwest. Then we realized that they are third party. Our tickets ended up costing us twice as much as it would have been with Southwest directly. I am surprised that there is no law enforcement action against these guys for misleading the public. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The Traver Makers, PCM Travels and whatever other names they go by. Deal directly with the airlines.
