Despite asking numerous times, she didn't provide details of where we were staying. I was consistently told that once she has all the deposits in the information would be provided. This never happened. My dad passed away like 10 days before the trip. I contacted Caprice and placed a claim with Faye Travel insurance all before the trip was to take place. There was also a hurricane that wiped out most of the roads and most of the island was without power, so the trip would not be able to happen anyway. Despite all this and my purchasing the additional "cancel for any reason" insurance, my claim still has not been paid. They continuously delayed claiming I need a cancellation invoice from the Caprice who hasn't responded to me or them in months. The emails and text messages I forwarded were not sufficient. They also reached out Caprice and hasn't responded to them either. It's been 5 months. After calling them out for the SCAM ARTISTS they are, they sent me a "claim summary" that highlighted it "DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT". The summary indicates a 75% reimbursement, which according to their policy, only applies for cancellations other than those otherwise covered. The death of an immediate family member is a covered reason, so I should be entitled to 100% reimbursement. That was 3 weeks ago, they have gone silent yet again. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH FAYE TRAVEL INSURANCE, BOOK TRIPS WITH CAPRICE TAYLOR AND DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELJOY INSURANCE.

They listen to agents when we request new features or changes. As a Canadian agent, I have made a couple of simple requests, and they have adjusted their system to accommodate. I am looking forward to seeing what other improvements they make. Overall, TravelJoy has been great as a CRM for our new agency. It's an excellent all-in-one tool.
