I’ve been using TravelJoy to manage my travel business, and it has streamlined my processes significantly. Here are the highlights: 1. Comprehensive Features: TravelJoy provides everything I need—customizable itineraries, forms, contracts, invoices, and payment processing—all in one place. 2. Ease of Use: The platform is user-friendly, making it accessible even for those with limited technical knowledge. 3. Recommendation: While it’s great overall, I’d love to see the commission tracking accommodate for those agencies that not only have ICs but a host as well. 4. Privacy Concerns: I am still not sure about the PCI compliant protocols for Direct Payments and Virtual Cards. I have yet to get the attestations we requested. In summary, TravelJoy is a valuable tool for travel professionals, and I recommend it for its efficiency and convenience.
