She listened to our specific requests and tailored a package to meet our particular needs. In addition to be the consummate professional, Bettye was very personable. I highly recommend her and she is responsible for our using your company for our travel Insurance needs in the future.

I can't necessarily say that I'd give travelinsurance.com 5 stars, because the system glitched and my purchase didn't go through. Then when I called, there was no ability to speak with anyone. This review isn't really for them, it's for Bettye. I hung up frustrated, but I got a call from Bettye almost immediately. She took ownership of my problem and got me the policy I needed. She even called Generali to make sure everything was good on their end. She was fantastic! I'd like to think that Travel Insurance knows the gem they have in her, but they probably don't. Companies never appreciate the line workers who keep customer loyalty strong.
