We've used TravelInsurance.com for years because they offer multiple insurance options & plans that fit our needs for traveling abroad. The website is easy to navigate and purchasing a plan has been quick & painless each time. We've always been happy with them, and never needed to submit a claim until 4/1/22. After canceling a trip last-minute due to sudden severe illness, our experience with the insurance provider was less than ideal; after a full month of frustration and being ignored after filing our claim, we were getting nowhere with the provider. We reached out to TravelInsurance.com's customer support team for guidance, and they were able to offer us advice and alternate contact addresses for the insurance provider. When the provider continued to ignore us, TravelInsurance.com offered to escalate the issue until it was resolved. We are both thrilled with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at TravelInsurance.com. We strongly doubt we would have a resolution at all, let alone one in our favor, without their quick thinking and intervention. They get 5 stars from us!
