Your representative Bettye Ridley made me feel confident that your company was going to meet my husband and my needs. She was kind in explaining the policy clearly. I would recommend Bettye and your company to my friends. Sincerely John & Evelyn Francese

good customer service. gave the best rate for my travels.explained policy very well.

Bettye Ridley helped me today and she was a joy to work with. Her experience in the field put me at ease. She understood what was on offer and what we needed. She answered my questions and was open to my input rather than trying to "sell me" on a more expensive policy. Bettye was very helpful and I highly recommend her.

Betty was terrific and extemely helpful.

My representative Bettye was so knowledgeable and patent with all my questions. Bettye's customer service skills was very professional. I now have someone to call whenever I need additional insurance. She is an asset to your organization.

Marvelous experience. I spoke on the phone today with Bettye Ridley. I am a teacher. Unfortunately, in the background I had several rowdy 4th grade students in the classroom. There were only nine of them but they made enough ruckus for twenty of them! Ms. Ridley remained professional and informative. She offered me helpful information that I never knew! AND she even held on for awhile when I had to separate two students from one another. I highly recommend Ms. Ridley for any potential customer or any employee trainee.

I had issues with the transaction going through, so I called and spoke to a representative. He was very professional and helpful. He found the exact type of policy I needed and the transaction went through smoothly.
