If I could give a 0 I would
If I could give a 0 I would. They are the worst company. Find a different company even if you have to spend a little more. You want a company that is actually there for you. We had water damage. We call. They deny it saying it was a maintenance thing. Our kitchen is destroyed because of it. We called as soon as we found out. We call a later date about our roof. They deny it. They say said the roof doesn’t have visible damage. But our kitchen did and they deny it. You can’t have it both ways. Insurances are a scam. You’re required to have them but they aren’t there for you. They just want to collect your money and be done. Since it is required find someone else. Oh and since we filed a claim on our kitchen they labeled it at a loss. But paid nothing to help get it fixed. But since it’s a loss we can’t find new insurance for at least 5 years. How is this not a scam? How is any of this right? They only have a two week window to find something wrong and file a claim. However, if you see something wrong within two weeks you should be able to do maintence and not need insurance. Because two weeks shouldn’t do too much damage. Unless of course it’s very visible like gushing water or a fire. Etc. a slow leak, you have no idea is there. You find it and call right away. Investigation has been done and realize there is significant damage because of it. A loss compared to the insurance company. And yet they won’t pay for it. Everything is a catch 22.
