Somehow our group was not assigned a driver. After NUMEROUS calls from all parties to the main contact number, multiple stories were reported. My original pickup time was 1030. At 1100 I was told 30 more minutes. After 1200 I was told 23 minutes. Almost 1300 the van showed up. 2.5 hours late. The driver informed us that he just got the assignment and assured us we would make the cruise terminal on time. True to his word we made it. Few of the very last to board. Driver very forthright with all information. MANAGEMENT!!! Please just tell the truth

The deal as structured was a very good value, and it was easy to purchase and use. That said, some of the communications were a bit confusing (e.g. "Service Request has been opened," or something like that), so maybe there are still a few technical kinks to work out.

They offered a great deal and it was a nice room.

The airline cancelled one of our flights. Travel Compendium tried to extort more money out of us to be able to take our trip. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told it would be three months, maybe I would get money back, and if I did, it would be less "handling fees."

We recently used your company to transfer my wife and I from London to Southampton for a cruise on Celebrity cruises. Your Driver, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, was prompt and courteous. Your driver was not aware that our cruise ship had been delayed due to bad weather conditions. He took us to the port where we were able to drop off our luggage at the terminal. Our plan was to take a cab to the hotel where we had a reservation. Your driver volunteered and very graciously took us to our hotel. This action was above and beyond. And we feel you should be notified of his professionalism. Should the need arise we will gladly use your company again.

Reliable, there when we needed them. Driver was polite.

We booked a London hotel and Abba Voyage package. On checking the details we were down to see the afternoon Abba show on Saturday. The hotel was for 2 nights (Thursday and Friday) so we were travelling home on Saturday. Contacted them to see if we could change the hotel to Friday/saturday night. We were told to contact hotel direct which we did but were told cos we had booked through a third party we had to go through them. Emails went back and forth between us but didn't get anywhere so decided to book another night at the hotel direct. Also the time given for the coach and show didn't tie together so we queried this but again couldn't get a proper response. So on the day of the show we arrived for our coach transport at 4pm to be told we were early and the coach wouldn't leave til 5.45 (this was the time they gave us for the show) so had to hang around nearly 2 hours before coach left. We actually saw the evening show. The coach transfer there and back however was excellent. Overall the dates and times of hotel and show provided didn't coincide so we had to pay for a third night at hotel and the time of coach pick up and show were incorrect. This caused us to be very stressed before and during our trip. We won't use this Company again due to their incompetence
