Great company, helpful & efficient
We were very grateful for the effort the company made to transfer the names on the booking twice despite this being against the original rules that the tour was non-transferable. The response times to my emails was very quick and efficient. The tour itself was very well organised & efficient. Highly recommend this company for travel tours.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! I was very dubious of booking something like this online. It cost me just over £500 for my package but my goodness what a fantastic deal. We had a 2 night stay for 2 in the Crowne Plaza in Kings Cross London with breakfast both mornings. Lovely clean and friendly hotel with a lovely restaurant. Pretty basic menu but the food was lovely. Also best breakfast we have ever had. We had a coach included that took us through London to the venue. 2 Tickets for Abba Voyage included and dance floor at that. It was awesome. The coach took us straight to the door and picked us up from the same place and back to Victoria where we just jumped on a tube back to King's Cross. Compendium did all the hard work for us and such a simple process. Thank You Compendium. We shall definitely want to use your services again. Highly recommended.

OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD
OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THE HOTEL WAS GOOD, AS WAS THE BREAKFAST. THIS IS NOT A CRITICISM BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF WE HAD PERHAPS BEEN INFORMED WHAT BUS WE NEEDED TO GET TO THE HOTEL. NOT SURE WHAT THE FISH AND CHIP STATEMENT MEANT AS IT WASN'T MENTIONED AND ON ASKING THE RECEPTIONIST SHE QUITE OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE COMPANY OR THE REASON FOR US STAYING. WE REALLY HAVE TO COMPLIMENT THE DRIVER FROM EVAN & EVANS WHO WAS VERY PLEASANT.
Response from Travel CompendiumMar 19, 2024
Dear Ann Thank you for your detailed review! We are pleased to hear that overall, you had a very good experience and enjoyed the hotel and breakfast. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bus information and will consider this to improve our communication with guests in the future. We apologize for any confusion regarding the "fish and chip statement" and will address this internally to ensure clarity for future guests. We are glad to hear that the driver from Evan & Evans was very pleasant, and we will pass along your compliments to them. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Thank you for choosing our service.
