I have had a claim dated 3/17/2022. I have turned in ALL the medical documentation from my oncologist YES oncologist and still NO ONE is able to complete the claim! I have called every week without any resolve!! Norwegian cruise line should offer a refund if the travel protection plan they sell you is of no use!!!

Filed a claim with initial paperwork sent. They needed additional info, however sent request to wrong address and so was going to forward to correct one along with a fax number that they requested. They did nothing. If I hadn't called they would not have known they had incorrect address. Incompetence is the only word for this company. They use stall tactics. They take your money but don't want to follow through if they need to pay you. Find every reason not to pay. Promises promises and they do nothing. They only know the word LAWYER! THAT'S HOW YOU GET YOUR MONEY! But again you have to put out more money to get what is rightly yours.

This is the company the Celebrity Cruises uses as their travel insurance company. Our airline flight was cancelled, and we were not able to connect before the cruise left the port. We have had nothing but a very bad experience with AON Travel Insurance Co.. We have had no satisfaction. Just remember, CELEBRITY CRUISES uses this insurance company. CELEBRITY has been no help what so ever and their customer service has been horrible. Please DO NOT book a cruise through CELEBRITY. They will burn you. AON Travel is a scam.

This company is a scam. We bought insurance for a cruise that we had to cancel due toa medical condition. AON refused to pay. We will be contacting the better business bureau.

They are good at saying "I'm sorry", but their actions demonstrate otherwise. I booked a flight, needed to reschedule due to a family member's death as the reason for cancellation. They never called or communicated about my claim...just denied it. I never even received any communication as to the reason why. I DID receive an emailed survey asking about my satisfaction with the claim. I called customer service and the person answered sounded like they were in a gymnasium full of service reps echoing in the background. I couldn't understand anything she were saying at all. In the end after several calls, I was told from a supervisor, although they agreed my cancellation was due to a family member death, it was still not covered due to a technicality. The flight cancellation occurred because the funeral had to be rescheduled by the Church, but I booked the ticket 1 day AFTER the death, not before his death so it's not covered. I thought the whole purpose of a policy like this was to cover unforseen circumstances, and one reason listed was "death". I had no control over this unforseen circumstance which was due to a death. Clearly they operate on loopholes. It was worthless coverage...don't buy it.

If I could give this company “0” stars I would. I purchase trip insurance for a February trip to Texas. My flight was delayed and then canceled for 3 days due to weather. Not only did they refuse to refund my plane tickets, they also refused to pay hotel, food or anything else while I waited with my husband to see if the flight would commence. When I spoke to a supervisor after waiting 6 weeks for an answer, I was met with hostility. This insurance is not worth it unless you foresee health problems, which is about the only reason they will reimburse. .

I have filed a claim over a month ago it is still in the assigned an agent status. They do not respond to emails. I called and was told it takes 15 days to review it has been 28 days and nothing has changed. Do not waste your money.

Total Junk F- I paid $134.00 for a trip through Expedia and had to have insurance due to work and family complications. I filed a claim to try and reimburse the $200.00 Spirit Airline cancellation fee and AON is doing absolute nothing to help. Terrible to deal with. Less than 1 star is accurate.
