I mailed everything in to renew my daughter's passport - including her old passport. They lost her old passport, wouldn't admit it, and then insisted she file for a lost passport. Yeah, well, it was lost at the New York Passport Agency, 44132 Mercure Cir, Sterling VA 20166!

Incredible turn around time for an online password renewal. Less than 1 week from completion of online process to being delivered to my home. Granted…we have both TSA precheck and Global Entry. KUDOS to the passport folks!

I spoke with a representative Gigi on the phone. She was so patient, nice, and understanding. She walked me through the pages on the website I would need to get through to access the final form I needed to complete. We were in the phone for about 45 minutes, and I’m very grateful for her kindness and help. Thanks from another GiGi.

I want to thank Secretary of State Marco Rubio and President Trump for launching an efficient digital system that expedited my passport renewal. I submitted my application online on December 28 and received my passport today, January 14. The only document required to complete the online form was a digital passport photo. The process was straightforward, and the cost was much lower than paying RUSH MY PASSPORT COMPANY (which charges over $300).

I don't know why we waste funding on this and update this website every day.It is pointless they give useless information and they selectively discriminate certain nations.

I came in Today at Atlanta passport mega center with my husband to get him a new passport i just want to say , I had one of the worst experiences ever at the Passport Postal Office with an employee named Tatiana. She was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. Her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. She kept laughing at me during the interaction, and based on the way she looked at me and reacted, I felt like it was because I was wearing a scarf. I was only speaking to her because I was translating for my husband, since he doesn’t speak English, and even then she continued to treat us disrespectfully. Her cold, short responses made the entire process feel hostile and uncomfortable. No customer should ever be treated this way. I sincerely hope management takes action, because this level of disrespect is unacceptable as i was trying to walk out i said you could be a little nice to people she embarrassed me infront of people and said something then laughed out loud as me and my husband were walking out i did absolutely nothing wrong and respected her the whole time i dont know why she treated me that way i was very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible. Fake accusations of different countries. Calling Iran a ‘dangerous country’ just because US is in a war with them. Racism with all asian countries and telling tourists not to visit Iran under any circumstances. Im from the Uk and visited Iran not knowing how to speak the language and they were very polite and nice to me. I don’t think Iran is the problem, Americans are.

I’m genuinely impressed! I submitted my passport renewal online through the travel.state.gov website on May 4th, 2025, using a photo I took myself—and my new passport arrived just two weeks later, on May 18th! I rarely write positive reviews for government agencies, but the speed, efficiency, and ease of this process deserve real recognition. Kudos to the team at the State Department for delivering such outstanding service!
