This company was extremely helpful from the start of the application through the entire visa approval process. They provided the guidance I needed in a profession manner and were always very responsive to my inquirys. I was kept promptly informed as to additional information needed and the status of my application when submitted. Their full service fee was very reasonable for the competent help they provided. I would use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them!

This company is probably fine if everything goes right with your application - but the minute there is a problem and you need more help, they become unresponsive and avoid communication. Stressful experience. I hired Oasis specifically so that someone was in my corner to hold my hand and give me good advice on the off-chance something went wrong with my application. Well, something went wrong with my application, the approval was delayed by the embassy, and I wasn't able to make my trip. The delay wasn't Oasis' fault - but the way they handled it added more stress to the situation instead of less. At first, I felt very comfortable with the company because their intake process was so streamlined and communication was proactive in the beginning. But when it became clear that my application may not be approved before my trip and I needed some extra help, I called them for advice, and it was clear they weren't invested in helping me figure it out. I would email the service line with a time-sensitive question, and not get a response or call back by the time I had asked them to call. I would ask the person handling my account to proactively update me on whether or not there was a change in my application (even if no update), she said she would, but never did - not once, over the course of two weeks. I had to call and chase for every update. When I decided to cancel the application, they didn't notify me when they received my passport back from the embassy, and they didn't notify me when they sent my passport back to me, so I had no idea that a delivery was coming. There's more, but you get the idea. Seemed clear that these people have one streamlined process, and if your case falls outside the bounds of the process, they de-prioritize you.

I don't live in DC area so I dropped off the Embassy receipt for Oasis to pick up my visa. They picked up my visa right on time and Fedex it to me promptly. The communication was excellent. I would use their service if I ever need it again.

The process seemed a bit intense at first. Many things were requested. With such detailed requests though, the rest of the process was smooth sailing. Thank you to Leon who answered my many questions.

I had a very disappointing experience with Oasis Visa Services and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. I was charged $648 for a service that, according to their own website, is listed at approximately $423, with no expedited service or additional features clearly explained or agreed to. This significant price difference was never properly justified. More importantly, I ultimately did not proceed with their services because they were unable to offer what I specifically required. Despite this, and despite the fact that no meaningful service was delivered, they have refused to provide a full refund. Throughout the process, I found that most of the work was expected to be done by me, while they simply charged high fees without providing corresponding value. There was also a lack of transparency regarding pricing and deliverables, which is very concerning for a service-based business. My advice to anyone considering using this company is to ensure that everything — including scope of services, pricing, and refund policy — is clearly documented in writing before making any payment. Based on my experience, there are other companies in the market that offer better pricing, clearer communication, and more reliable service. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled and hope the company reconsiders its position and resolves this issue fairly

Oasis China Visa Services was a great experience for us: their instructions were clear, they were friendly in phone conversation and eager to help, they were prompt in submitting our applications the same day they received them and were prompt in picking them up and getting them in the mail to us. And all this for a reasonable fee. We couldn't be more pleased!
