Agency personnel are very helpful & honest during my Southwest air fare booking process Nashville to Atlanta flight. We received straightforward & no nonsense lowest air fare with no fine prints or service charge. We recommend to every one to check it out for hotel and airline booking.

I purchased a plane ticket for my son. He had some trouble at check-in as his ticket had been “incorrectly designated”. They let him on the plane, but charged him for his bag which was supposed to be included in the price of the ticket. Travel Alliance made this right by refunding the cost of the checked bag. They made this right and I felt they had great customer service.
