Recently I had a problem with my purchase, my Trashie bag did not arrive, even though tracking number stated that it was delivered. After reaching out to the costumer service and communicating with Barbara, the issue was resolved. Barbara was very professional, responsive and she resend it another trashie bag at no extra cost to me. Thank you again for all your help!

I love the variety of items I can send back in my trashie bags. I used to throw out shoes that I don’t know what to do with. I like that I can clothes that could be used again along with clothes that are stained or do not make good donations. I would like to use larger bags available to make it possible to recycle bedding. I would also like to see bigger tech boxes available. I have never redeemed trashie cash or rewards but I view the cost of purchasing the bags as my shipping costs.

Hi Jenny, thanks so much for the thoughtful review! We do accept bedding like sheets and pillowcases, but bulky items like comforters may not fit in the Take Back Bags we currently have. I’ve shared your request for larger bags and boxes with our team. If you ever want help redeeming points, email us at [email protected]—we're happy to help!

This is a great concept to keep fabric which can be reused, out of the landfill. I feel good about this investment to buy bags. The codes are sometimes fussy, but the team is quick to respond and give alternatives for drop off. Thanks for all you do.

Love Trashie I am so happy that a service like Trashie exists. I hate putting items in the landfill and Trashie gives me an option for ripped or stained fabrics. The bags don't seem huge but you can put so much in them. I had trouble with returning my first one and their customer service people helped me right away, and gave me a credit as an apology. I will be a repeat customer.

Hi Janna, thank you so much for this! We’re really glad Trashie gives you a way to keep those tough-to-donate items out of the landfill—that’s exactly what we’re here for. And yes, those bags can hold way more than they look like they should! So happy our team could help with your return, and we can’t wait to have you back again.
