Had a great experience- I was able to clean out a ton of stuff from my apt and the process was super easy. I had an issue with one of my bags not being registered properly and Rin from customer service was extremely helpful and resolved my issue. Great company!

I emailed to ask for help with finding the link to enter the QR code on my bag. I really didn't expect a response for a couple of days if not longer. I was pleasantly surprised when Barbara emailed me back within an hour with a link. I was able to print my return label and even received my reward right away. Very good service!!
