First of all let me say I seen some of these ridiculous reviews , and anything less than 🎖️ stars for Transparent Labs is UNACCEPTABLE “oh they use USPS” , my family owns supplement stores and so do we IT IS THE MOST RELIABLE , no Amazon and UPS is not more reliable where your package can and will be damaged and gets lost all the time , let me get off that , I want to start by Thanking this Amazing Company , they went not only above and beyond too satisfy my experience , My family owns one of the top supplement stores in Manhattan and Staten Island , and these guys are just exceptional Gentleman. I had emailed them to clarify a simple question so I can explain to my customers , I MYSELF use Transparent Products only including the Creatine HMB (yes Idc if its $10-20 more per container first , secondly , not all “micronized Creatine Monohydrate” is no where near the “same” you are mis Informed , TransParent Labs uses HMB which is a supplement we sell separately in Capsule form which you would have to take on top of any cheaper creatine you get and it will build muscle much slower believe me , the minute I even switched to the Protein I noticed muscle mass , than I tried the creatine I got JACKED !!! Aside from all that this Whey Isolate Protein is the best on the market You GET exactly what you pay for , with that said this company Hands down is going many places and will be around for generations to come, I will show my sons , Our daughters anyone who is into fitness. I am honestly blown away by the exceptional customer service and how fast Transparent Labs were too quickly satisfy me as a life long customer, these are very nice people so speak nicely to them they are good people , and they will treat you with Exceptional Service , My Name is Chris from NYC , I have nothing to do with Transparent Labs I am not paid to write this , just an exceptional Company with Exceptional Human Beings. This product is A1 and the customer service is absolutely A1 thats all that matters !!!! Love the products but the shipping is not the best. I typically try to stay away from companies that use USPS because it’s unreliable. Shipping is expensive and slow. I tried Amazon to get free shipping for the glutamine, but the estimated arrival was almost a month. Not a fan of Companies that don’t use PayPal on their websites.

Outstanding customer service. Helpful, prompt, professional, and efficient. Went above and beyond to help me out. Additionally, have always had great success with products.

Great quality products !! Great results But.,,you need to upgrade your shipping companies. The USPS is terrible Never on time and delivery times suck. At your prices please use UPS or FEDEX

Had a return on two products that were gifts for family memebers. Brandon from Customer Success was unbelievably understanding and accommodating. Will definitely stay with TL when purchasing supplements for myself.

I have been buying from Transparent Labs for many years and continue to be impressed with their products and service. They have given me advice on which products to try and my favorites are Hydrate, Bulk, Lean. Stim-Free is surprisingly effective given there are no stimulants in it, but I prefer Bulk for weight training and Lean for aerobics. Hydrate helped get me off sugar since I was using sugar sports drinks for hydration before. I see a few complaints about shipping issues and I don't think it is all fair when they do not drive the items to your house. UPS has messed up many times, most recently with a Mac mini from Costco, but I don't blame Costco for it.

Been a customer of Transparent Labs for over three years now and my experience with the company has always been very positive, so I'm surprised to read others are having trouble. It's possible TL is going through a cycle of rapid growth as a company with corresponding higher demand for customer service support. For the first time in December 2024, I received a delayed answer but it was a minor issue and customer service was able to fully resolve it the first time. I've never experienced excessively delayed or lost shipments and the protein products are the best I've had, after trying *many*. TL stands behind their products too, as I tried a new flavored protein powder that I simply couldn't tolerate and after contacting customer service, TL gave me store credit for the purchase price, and instead of my having to hassle around with a return, I was able to donate it to a fellow gym goer. In short, great company, supportive customer service, excellent policies and outstanding products. Highly recommended

My subscription didnt pause for whatever reason and reordered and charged me. I emailed the supprt team and the next morning they got back to me, tried to cancel byt coukdnt and offered me a return for a full refund or a gift card on the amount. The rep was getting back to me very quickly. Very happy with the experience even though it wasn't the outcome I wanted.
