I've been using their Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate for the last three months. Taste great and I feel a diiference from the the other protein that I was using from my local vitmine shop. I also began using their Creatin HMB. After three weeks I noticed I was increasing the weights on many of my routines. Unfortuantly, I do have a slight kidney issues and the Creatin exacerbated the issue. As soon as I found this out, I emailed customer service to stop the next shipment but it was too late. When I explained my situation to customer service they immediately issued me a refund and told me to either hold on to the Creatin until I could use it or to pass it on to some one who could use it (I gave it to my brother-in-law). It's refreasing to find an online store that has both excellent products and customer service.

Not only are your products great. Your customer service is top tier. That combination makes it very easy to be loyal to the brand. I subscribe to the magnesium and multivitamin.

New to protein powders and health supplements so no real comparison critique to offer. However, I can say I have tried several of the protein powder flavors and so far they are great. Not powdery or sickly sweet, and they dissolve completely in cold or hot water. It was the third party testing that made me decide to try Transparent Labs products over the competition. MOST IMPORTANTLY... their customer service goes above and beyond, so if you are unsure about whether to give them a try, you absolutely can do so as in the unlikely event of you having an issue, they will sort it out. This kind of customer service is so very rare nowadays. I was lucky enough to be helped by Libby and Matthew. I'm older, not knowledgeable about these things and cannot afford to buy something I won't use. They understood and could not have looked after me better. So grateful!

Always great products. I only trust TL when it comes to my choice of the protein powder. Delivery time seemed to improve lately. Highly recommended.
