I just changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star. Although my initial experience was disappointing, Transparent Labs made things right for me. I understand problems can, and will happen. It is extra frustrating when a company does nothing to rectify the situation. In this case Transparent Labs, stepped up to the plate and did what a reputable company would do and took care of the issue. For that I am thankful. I hope one day I can give a five star. I highly suggest they streamline their shipping process and give the customer an avenue to track their order and provide an easier means of communication when there is an issue. I love the product. Order placed and paid for in full. Order has not been delivered. I never received a tracking number or any kind of shipping update.After inquiring several times I received one email stating shipment was held up as one of the products ordered was out of stock. I was never notified as such. I had to find that out on my own. I responded that I would take a different flavor and to please ship my order. I still have not received my order. I have left multiple voice messages with no return call. I have sent several emails since with no answers. This is terrible customer service. It’s too bad because I do like the product, but I will be looking elsewhere for my supplements. As of now, I have no idea if my order is on its way or if they even intend on shipping. Terrible customer service.

Transparent Labs shows my order as complete and delivered, but only 1 of the 4 items was actually delivered—and it was the cheapest item in the order. I have sent three emails and submitted two customer service inquiries with zero response. I also attempted to call customer service and was sent directly to voicemail, again with no follow-up. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Marking an order as complete when most of it was never delivered and then refusing to respond is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend using this company.

I had an excellent experience with Transparent Labs. Their customer service went above and beyond — they issued me a refund and still allowed me to keep the product. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction this much. I’ll definitely continue supporting them!

TL is fantastic at delivering exceptional products but also providing exceptional customer service. Reilly, one of the staff members at TL, was able to provide me with a solution that I truly did not even think would be possible. I will continue supporting TL as long as they continue to meet and exceed my expectations.

Parcel never delivered. Had to drive 1 hour to collect from depot and pay additional customs £62 customs charge I was not told about at checkout. Will not be using again. I live in the UK

Been using Transparent Labs now for a while now and have loved everything. Been mostly into the pre workouts! But that’s not why they deserve 5 stars, anyone can make a good pre workout. (Not that their flavors don’t slap, cause they are good af) But their customer service is where they stand out. Anytime a shipping delay comes up, it’s fixed instantly with a new order sent out with expedited delivery. One time I didn’t like a flavor of some muscle builder, honestly was pretty bad… and I was offered a refund credit. Subscription companies these days just don’t seem to care anymore about their customers. But Transparent Labs is always on top of their game. Thank you for all your help over the years <3 -Hunter
