Great job judge approved the transcripts and we a custody hearing date would not have happen if it wasn’t for the great work of transcribing the court hearing la audio into text. Recommending this company and will have more work to be done!

Do not waste your time or money on this…
Do not waste your time or money on this service. I have spent several days going back and forth with them because of gross inaccuracies. They refuse to refund my money and keep wanting me to do all the edits for them. Even after I gave them correct information they still got it wrong.

Regarding your concern about providing correct information and still seeing inaccuracies, the reference to the arbitrator as "THE COURT" is a standard practice in legal transcripts. This approach is used for consistency and clarity, rather than naming the arbitrator individually. We strive for accuracy and quality in our services. Transcription Puppy was easy to use
Transcription Puppy was easy to use, quick and inexpensive. I did have a few problems loading bigger files to the site but the outcome was fantastic. I sent in 12 videos there were only a few errors here and there in 7 out of the 12 videos. I’d definitely use it again.
