I made few corrections on my own, but overall, they did a great job! Much better than Rev in my opinion and more affordable. I will definitely call on Transcript Puppy again. My Close Captions passed QC for FilmHub and that was the goal. Thanks guys..!!!

Quick, efficient service. not quite 99% on the transcript but the audio given wasn't the best. I had to reach out because I did not initially receive the authenticity certificate as requested (recurring issues as it occurred when I assisted a colleague under their profile), but the help-chat agent was very helpful and quickly addressed the issue.

Quick replies to all my questions. Fast turn around when the audio was good. Only small point was some errors with topic specific words, but this was easy to fix. Overall I am happy and will use them again on my next video.

Transcription Puppy was easy to use, quick and inexpensive. I did have a few problems loading bigger files to the site but the outcome was fantastic. I sent in 12 videos there were only a few errors here and there in 7 out of the 12 videos. I’d definitely use it again.
