Transcription PuppyReviews of transcriptionpuppy.com

I was exploring a few different options for help with my transcription work load and Transcription Puppy stood out immediately because of their prompt customer service. Someone was available to answer my questions and provide a sample on a weekend, which was impressive! Their pricing model is great — the more you use TP, the lower your rate gets. Not only a great deal with great customer service, but the quality/accuracy of their work is on point!! Seamless experience all around and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for transcription services.

I always pick Transcription Puppy becausse they are quick, pleasant to deal with, high quality, and their prices are reasonable.

The most important thing to me is that my instructions be followed, and that if anything is unclear, questions are asked to clarify. My instructions were followed and, the format was perfect. The transcriber did a great job.

It was quick. Tech support was cooperative.

I am impressed with the accuracy of the transcription and at how well you followed directions. I also was thrilled with the speed with which the transcriptions were completed. I found it easy to review the transcripts and make spelling corrections using your website. Thanks!
