my experience with the website wasn't bad at all. It was the results I got from my call being transcribed. Some things that I could hear in the call wasn't on paper. There were even some sentences that I could hear fine but on the transcript the sentences were completely wrong.

I have used Transcribe.com only once, but I was impressed. Delivered on time, with a transcription that was better than expected. I fixed a couple very minor things, but it was about 98% accurate. The transcriptionist had to make judgment calls regarding punctuation and extraneous terms, and did a very good job. One spelling was questionable, but it came with a note and time stamp in brackets as an indication that I should review closely. I appreciated that, and based on this one experience, I would use the service again.
The results became an exceptional outcome!!

This would have been 5 stars if there had been more consistency between the multiple transcripts I submitted. The upload / delivery experience was so easy and timely!
