Getting transcriptions is confusing and wastes time when there is more than one order. There's no way to tell one order from another. Orders contain file numbers but it's meaningless to customers. It would help if you included customer-given file names or notes in the order summary or email notice. Thx.

Affordable and delivered on time, but there were more errors than I would have anticipated.

My transcript was later than expected. In the future I would like to see the option to send in non-English audio or video for English translation/transcript. Thanks!

I had put in a message with the order, and was expecting minutes, rather than just a transcript of the audio. I expected a phone call for potential issues with the recording. No one contacted me to follow up on the audio nor on my "minutes" request, but the transcript was acceptable. There were several places that the transcript says "phonetic" or "inaudible" that a phone call could have settled.
This was a good server. Fast turn around and decent price, but there were several typos and grammatical issues that I had to fix.

Transcrib misrepresented the words very frequently in one transcription. I discussed the issue with the project manger and she quickly resolved the quality issue. They returned higher quality transcriptions. In the end I was satisfied..
