Orders are delivered quicker than the expected date. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have one exception. One of my orders was not delivered on the expected date. I contacted support, but no response. Then, I emailed separately. Adeline was very responsive and courteous. I truly appreciate it.
Great with industry-specific jargon and heavy accents.

Great service, fast turnaround time, solid accuracy.

This would have been 5 stars if there had been more consistency between the multiple transcripts I submitted. The upload / delivery experience was so easy and timely!

Great service, but a tad expensive. People on craigslist would do it for less.

The company and customer service was great. Product upload and delivery was on time and clear. The only drawback was that the content of my recording includes industry-specific terminology that the transcriber was not familiar with so some words were incorrect.

Amanda, Thank you for the feedback. We would love to work with you again. As a note, if your recordings do include industry-specific terminology, you can add the terms into our notes sections that is passed along to the transcriptionists so they have a better understanding of terminology used. Please contact us at [email protected] and we can make sure you are set. Thanks again!

Excellent transcription services for my many video files. The work is accurate and returned in a timely manner. Good value too. My only suggestion would be to standardize the file types that the work is done in. For example, I received both MS Word and Rich Text files - which were okay, but it would have been nice to have them all in MS Word. Also, the document formatting should be standardized too. My transcriptions appeared slightly different, even the MS Word files. This was not a problem per se, but again, it would be nice to have them all look uniform... particularly if one wants to paste the different transcripts together, as I did.

The service was easy to access and provide a personal touch with a company rep sending me an email and inviting me to ask questions I might have. Finished product was good enough to be included in a final report.
