I have used them now for training for two different state licenses, and my continuing education hours. I've always passed the exams when I get trained by these guys.

Disappointed Broker is D.
Text information is full of typos and, at points, incoherent. The following is an actual quote from some of the written material: "Those new agents who become over the agents are the agents of habit." The audio portions are unprofessional and somewhat rambling. Quizzes at the ends of chapters are poorly worded, occasionally contradict the information in the chapter, and at times test information from other chapters that may not have been presented yet. Additionally, web content is often slow to load, taking minutes to load the next page. (I've tested this across devices and different browsers.) Would not purchase more courses from this vendor and discourage others from using them.

Absolutely none of this is true and I can understand why you didn't use your name so that people won't go and review your company to try and run you out of business. You are clearly one of our competitors and this is an incredibly tasteless attempt to try and make us look bad. However, I would say after 45,000 very happy students over the last decade we feel very good about offering the highest quality courses in the business.

All the information you need is there and it's written in a way that anyone can understand. I really love that you can just click the "ask the instructor" button and type your question. My course instructor, Jane, always gets back to me in a timely manner and I appreciate it.

The classes and testing are not 100% compatible with Apple iOS.
Response from Train Agents Online Real Estate SchoolSep 15, 2016
Hello Marion! Thank you for the feedback! Actually we are fully compatible with all operating systems. In some cases, Apple users simply need to download the free app Puffin for full functionality within the exam modules. If you are having some other type of difficulty please contact us at [email protected] and we will make sure you are running at full capacity!

I cant bash this site as being the worst because I have not experienced other sites curriculums. I can however attest to the fact that this site pays little to no attention to the curriculum provided to those that purchase it. The amount of grammatical errors is unacceptable! Notice they do not mention refunds unless you FAIL your test. They claim help is available but it is little to non existent. The only time I have ever received feedback was when I emailed every email address on the site complaining that I had not received any answers to the questions I had submitted to "Ask the Instructor". I was told to check my spam, yes the folder that automatically deletes everything every few days! So I resubmitted my questions and checked for a reply everyday for a week and NOTHING! I would strongly suggest to spend the extra $100 and find a site that will refund you after viewing their text - not after your fail your test.

Thank you Jessica for you thorough feedback. As you are clearly unhappy I double checked all of your emails and ask the instructor questions and we did in fact answer all of them, Clearly you needed to allow emails from Train Agents to prevent them from going into your spam folder. Also, since you have it set up to empty every 2 days that could also be a problem. With respect to refunds, we have a full 14 day no questions asked refund policy so that students have plenty of time to examine their courses and decide if they are right for them. I feel really bad that you had a less than ideal experience, I am sure that getting your email responses would have made it much better. Again, thanks for the feedback, it only serves to help us grow as a company.

I like the audio in addition to the course outline. This helps to re enforce the material.

You can move at your own pace, information is clear and precise. If you fail a test or are not happy with results, you can retake the exams.
