Only used it once but so far it's good.
Good, thus far, but only used it once. Hope to continue as time permits.

You will do great Melodie! Just make sure to set aside a specific amount of time each day and stick to it. You'll be finished before you know it.

Good, but not great
I like train agents, but wish it had the option to have it read out loud as well. Reading and hearing help me retain the information. My Washington course did, so that is what I'm use to

Hi Lacey! We do have the audio link at the top of most pages where you can listen to the pre-recorded instructor. You can also download any number of free apps that will read the text on the page for you. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your concerns!

Not bad for the price you pay.
There are some typos and glitches but the content is very thorough and easy to learn. There is emphasis and/or repetitiveness on things that you should pay extra attention to. It was well worth the price. Everyone learns different and may need class lessons or books but this works for me.

Generally fine with some problems.
This is working for my real estate license training. However, I would rate this 5 stars if it didn't periodically freeze up and if the conflicting and/or inaccurate information in some lessons and test questions was cleaned up. I do generally like it, but frustrating at times.

Hello Daren! I am so sorry you are experiencing freeing issues. That is not typically a complaint we receive in the customer service department. However, my IT manager is saying, without the having your computer to diagnose, that you want to make sure you are on the latest version of your browser, preferably Chrome, and that your security settings are at medium or less. When you are logging in, you are actually working from our servers and your computer and ours need to have a good connection. I hope this helps!

Not Great
A few typos, some material contriducts itself, instructors delivery is poor and can be confusing, some test question have answers at the end. Overall not great. If I hadn't been licensed 16 years in another State, I'm not sure I'd pass. Cheapest course out there, you get what you pay for

Thank you for the reply, we really do appreciate it! We actually feel very good about our material and have had over 40,000 students take one state exam or the other without difficulty and we are glad you did too!

Awesome - could improve
It's great I feel like I'm learning so much, and I feel it's getting me where I need to be. That being said I've only been at it about a week, but as afore mentioned many times, there are typos and sometimes the diagrams or snippets are cut off on the bottom. And sometimes the pages stop loading or they won't go to the next page- some of the exams you'll go through and select submit and then suddenly it tells you there are four unanswered questions- which I knew there weren't as I always go back and check my work just to make sure I'm not second guessing myself- then I go back and there are four brand new questions at the very top. But those are just technical things. As far as quality substance goes I think it's pretty good. All in all you get what you pay for looking for the cheapest option!
