Customer service was exceptional
Customer service was exceptional! Fast and very helpful responses and if I had a hard time understanding anything it was easy to call and always talk to a person who was very helpful. 10/10 recommend

Great customer service!
I had a few questions on my course with Train Agents and was impressed with the quick response of their customer service staff and the explanation I received. It was great to speak with a live person! Thank you for your guidance. Would highly recommend!

Nobody answer the phone
Nobody answer the phone, left a message but no body return your phone call. It is just sucks and irresponsible.

Hello Oslo, I apologize that you haven't received a call. I have searched our database and do not see you as a customer. Becuase of Covid our employees are all working from home so admittedly we are a little slower with the phones than normal. Truly garbage
Truly garbage. The material is jumbled. They clearly did not put much effort into making the program. Many typos. No continuity. The titles of each section rarely match with what he's teaching. Will repeat the same exact thing in multiple slides. Talks about one thing, moves on to something else, then comes back to the original topic with out making any sort of connection. Some of the exams test you on info he has not covered yet. The guy expects us to be able just follow his train of thought. Very poorly made. Please try another program. Don't get stuck with this one like I did.

Thank you for the feedback and I am sorry you were not satisfied with the program. We truly do work as hard as possible to create thoughtful, engaging material that is ultimately approved by the state before it is launched to the public. Hundreds of people collaborate over many years to develop these programs, but we know that they always need tweaking.

Turn the page on Train Agents Online Real Estate School
Train Agents Online Real Estate School's curriculum is generic, all over the place, and incomprehensible. I stepped up and am now enjoying a wonderful learning experience with another online training school.

New system no bueno
Their new system has thrown me off so much. Not as easy to navigate like their first. I’ve had to stop going forward with my classes because it is completely different. I’m so sad and upset because I could have been done by now

Hello Cass, I know that switching platforms can be difficult. Ouyr old system was 10 year old technology and did not meet the rigorous demands of the state approval agencies and had many issues with functionality. While our new system is certainly different, we feel like it adds a whole new layer of user friendliness while meeting all state agency guidelines and offers a very high level of security.
