The classes work as they should. My only suggestion would be to update the user interface and maybe the website for a more user friendly experience. Updating would initially attract more customers.

Thanks for the feedback Marshall! We are actually launching an entire new system in November which will work much better with more of the operating systems out there. Currently we have a few issues with older browsers but should have that alleviated soon.

I've taken Train Agent classes a few times now. They are always one of the most affordable options. I've never had any problems with the online courses themselves. I would totally recommend them to someone needing continuing ed credits or someone that is a quick self learner. My only negative (and its not a huge one) is that the classes are pretty straight forward without lots of explanation and yet also dry and repetitive and if I was taking them without any prior knowledge then it might be confusing. I've never had a problem, but I know someone who couldn't learn in that style and had to pay more for a more robust class. Train Agents was sufficient for me! Thanks :)

Some of the English is so poorly written that it is sometimes hard to understand the jist of the questions/answers. There is poor grammar, in some instances so poorly written that you can't understand the sentence structure. I don't feel that anyone has really taken the time to think through each question. It seems that the company has copied other schools' lessons and then threw them up online. There's little attention to detail and deliberateness to the questions and answers. Makes it hard to study.

Desiree, I am sorry you fee this way. I can assure you we do not plagiarize here. Many good people have spent years writing the material and stay on top of it on a daily basis. It is approved through ARELLO and through the state agency, all of which read, proof and approve content, including grammar, content and structure. It is a never ending endeavor and literally takes around 2 years from start to finish to get one course approved. We are very happy to offer you a refund if you prefer to go to another school. This site was the best price I found. Customer service was nice & efficient when I first signed up. I also received a prompt response to a question. Overall there is alot of info & it's fairly easy to navigate & complete courses. However, I agree with several other comments & don't see if the issue has been addressed yet. There are quite a few typos (sometimes it does change the meaning), several pages have the bottom text cut off, pages sometimes have timeout error & need to reload, & when I retook a test it had the same question duplicated. I also found that some material that was tested had not been reviewed yet or explained very well. I've never taken these courses before. I had a bad experience with another site having alot more tech problems compared to this one. I will continue to use this site but would really like to know when will all the typos, duplicated questions,etc be corrected? Hope this feedback helps. I would appreciate a response. Thank you!

Hello Juliana and thank you for the great feedback! With respect to time outs and pages cutting off, etc., those types of issues are generally on the user end with respect to browser, browser version, firewall settings, etc. When you are logged into your courses, you are logging onto our server so you must have the latest version of Flash Player, or Puffin on iPad, and a compatible browser version. Our sites works perfectly with 99% of them, but there are a few older versions or combinations that can cause some difficulty. We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser, keep firewall setting at low to medium and the latest version of Flash Player. This will eliminate any site issues. As far as typos, sometimes there will be a typo and we work non-stop to edit the material. Also, as you may be learning already, there are words in real estate that aren't even in the dictionary! It can be confusing at times and we appreciate your patience. Thank you so much for the feedback and giving us the opportunity to respond!
