Habe gestern eine FLASH2 (zum halben Preis und Phase 1 geschenkt) Challenge gekauft. Doch erhalten habe ich eine ganz normale, ohne bereits bestanden Phase 1. Also vorsicht bei dieser Firma!

Here is my review of tradexmastery. Pros: good website with clear and easy to understand the rules. I got funded with them and requested a payout I recent refund for passing the challenge and profits in two days after requesting one. Not bad. So yes they do payout!! Cons: support could be much better they are very slow at getting back to you. I also wish they had a discord channel where we could get on with moderators and ask questions. Also if you request anything over 1000$ it takes up to 21 business days to receive your money that’s way to long in my opinion, hopefully they get that back down to like 5 days. Overall good propfirm if you follow their rules they will pay you. Update I’m on my 3rd payout and they are still paying out. Overall impressed with this firm. Update they have stopped paying out. I would avoid them at all cost. They are ignoring my messages as well

i bought a 100k funded account from you guys just right now and used the flash2 promocode to get a 50% discount and skip phase one and go to phase 2 directly but when i recived my credentials for my 100k account i got phase 1 and 2 not directly phase 2, I got scammed. I bouhgt your guys fudned account wiht your promocode but didnt recieved it and I wrote to your guys support both liver chat and email but no answer

I do not recommend using this prop firm! The support does not answer anymore, if you are having a real problem. They stopped trading pairs without any notice - and when I asked why I cannot close my trades (which would have been in a good profit) they did not know anything about the issue and did not reply anymore. Additionally I purchased a second account with the promise to be in Phase 2 directly, but I was not and the support just said I would not have written down the Passphrase which I definetely did. I wrote to the support and was waiting for days for an answer - no response. I am going to put my money and energy somewhere else. I do not expect this is going to work in the long run. Very unprofessional!

I was in a profitable trade on Eurusd , but I was taken out with a loss even though my stop-loss wasn’t hit. I checked TradingView, and the trade was still running in profit the candle was still well above break-even . You need to fix this glitch

Really bad firm. You order account and don't receive. 1 week later still nothing.

Probleme mit der Orderausführung und schlechter Support, der eigentlich nur Makulatur ist. Wenn es wirklich um Probleme geht, bekommt man keine Antwort. Die Firma arbeitet mit Akashx zusammen und die verdienen sich dumm und dämlich indem ahnungslose angelockt werden.

Excellent platform. Withdrawals are on time.
