TradeXMasteryReviews of tradexmastery.com

Live chat being not provided these days and also not replaying mailed , I bought more than 3 accounts and mailed support team and awaiting response from 25 days but no reply getting yet. This one is only frustrating & fraud prop fund nothing else as well waste of time. Affiliate comission of 15% this is not providing about this they are telling a lie completely. I regularly mailed about affiliate comission of 15% but worst support nothing got reply yet.

On the website, it states first payout in eight days so I got a funded account and I had to wait 30 days. It just seems suspect to me this company might be legit, but I’ll never buy another challenge from them. Also, they have limits on how much you can make a day and that sketchy to me, I don’t like being capped on what I can make. Too many constraints. Also they do not answer emails . Do not mess with this company you will waste your money.

I attempted to buy a 200K funded account a month ago. My bank payment did not go through, no issues with my bank. I emailed TradeX and still ZERO help, no emails back. Terrible customer service. Too many complicated rules. No support. Very difficult website to use regarding submitting a surport ticket and making a payment. I do not recommend them at all.

I joined TradexMastery through DailyBChoices’ AkashX during their 50% March Madness promo. At the time, the offer seemed legitimate and exciting. But ever since then, the platform has been pushing back-to-back promos—50%, 60%, Phase 2-only challenges—like a never-ending clearance sale. I became an affiliate and even promoted some of these offers to my community. But what started as a promising opportunity has now turned into a disturbing pattern. I’ve had multiple customers pay for challenges and never receive any credentials. We’ve contacted support several times—via email, live chat, and every channel available. The only response we’ve received is an auto-reply citing "high volume due to ongoing promotions." As of now: At least 5 of my clients’ funds are stuck No account details provided No human support No refunds No accountability It’s disappointing and frankly alarming. These constant promos are beginning to feel like a cover-up for internal issues. The silence from their support team is not just unprofessional—it’s unacceptable. As an affiliate who believed in the platform and encouraged others to join, this has affected my own credibility and put my clients at risk. Until TradexMastery fixes its support system, stops overselling through promos it can't deliver on, and starts treating paying customers with respect, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

I paid 49.51 USDT on July 2nd to TradeXMastery. The transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and BingX verified it was completed successfully. Yet after multiple tickets, emails, and follow-ups, I still have no access and no refund. Support has gone silent. This is unacceptable and I now question whether this platform is legitimate. Be careful before sending them any money!
