initially i had a bad experience. importing my data was pretty clunky, didn't work despite several attempts and then the customer service got shitty and unsubscribed me (after i asked for a refund). however, the next day i got an email from the founder who sincerely apologised and offered to resubscribe me. he explained that they were having a few issues and were in the process of updates and would work with me letting me know when the updates were done and he would ensure that my data importing would be sorted. so a good outcome in the end and was impressed by the apology and follow up which was really nice to receive. haven't actually used the platform yet so can't comment on that as yet.

The new GOLD standard for trading analysis and I WISH more educational institutes picked this up instead of whichever company gave them more money... Now, TradesViz has been the most straightfoward, no-fluff, best value for money produce I've used in the analytics space. While the onboarding could be a little better (with more guides/tips etc.,), the quality of the software in terms of dashboards, settings available, customization etc., are very high. This is definitely worth your time (it costs nearly nothing compared to how much I've lost without good statsa/metrics) if you are serious about studying your trading psychology with metrics that really matter. Another thing I've seen from their team is: feedback is very seriously taken. If it's a good feature, it gets implemented straight away. I think I'll be in good hands as long as I'm on TradesViz. So far, all the numbers I've seen are accurate, chat reponse is very fast, plenty of content to read and learn from. No negataives for me. well worth every hr I've spent here. Tradesviz deserves more recognition!

Enterprise grade level software for an affordable price to the end users! Decided to give something back for this company and write here the positive review. I chose it because it was the only one providing integration with the trading platform I use. I used to be in the software business for over 20 years and have a lot of software experience, both enterprise software and custom development. This software is enterprise grade level full of functionality, and simply works. Every time I need something, it is available. And the support is amazing! I needed to set it up before I could start using it, and had to learn how to use it before I got my numbers correct and all working. So it certainly needs good software literacy, but once you get it up and running there is no other software that could beat it with the functionality. Well done guys!

Despues de mi experiencia lo primero que me sorprendio son las buenas valoraciones que tiene, pero solo hay que fijarse un poco para darse cuenta ni ser muy listo que son todas falsas. Hace un año decidi probar su journal, a primera vista parecia cumplia todas mis espectativas incluso las superaba ampliamente. Asi que decidi realizar la prueba de 7 dias.Eso si, antes tienes que dar datos de cobro. Durante esta prueba el programa esta muy limitado y las principales funciones no estan activas. Durante la prueba pones la version Platinum para verla, pero realmente esta tan limitado que no ves nada, y te cobran la platinum del año. Llamo para poner queja y me cambian a pro pero el dinero me dicen que de momento tienen que dejarlo de la cuenta y me lo descontarian de la siguiente cuota. Bueno para no liarla mas lo dejamos asi. Ahora ya con el programa activado es cuando me permite configurar los API para los datos automaticos. Pues aqui empiezan los problemas, el programa hace lo que quiere, te duplica las posiciones, te mezcla las posiciones en las opciones y te puede convertir un Iron Condor, con otras posiciones y el solito se monta su pelicula. En otras ocasiones no te cierra todo el Iron condor y te deja alguna posicion abierta y cuando te das cuenta te toca mirar 1 por 1 los trades, de donde es esa posicion y buscar a que precio se cerro.. cuando se te juntan 2 o 3 no se cerraron te vuelves loco.. me puse en contacto otra vez con atencion al cliente y explico los problemas. Me dice que ajuste el horario (se ve que el programa no detecta si es horario NY o es horario España) en serio?.. seguimos, cuento que falla mucho al abrir ,cerrar y cuadrar las posiciones, a lo que me pide que compruebe cada posicion, cual cambia por cual y revisarlo en los datos del broker... ya , ya.. osea me habeis cobrado casi 300 dolares y como NO esta activada la opcion de importar datos hasta el pago ahora me como esta mi.rda y una vez has pagado no te devuelven el dinero. Total, dinero tirado a la basura. Para que no se me pasara cancele la subscripcion ya, y me pongo un recordatorio para que no se me pase que no voy a renovar y el dinero que esta en deposito se me retorne. Me faltan 20 dias para que termine mi subscripcion y les escribo un email solicitando el reembolso porque no voy a renovar, concretamente 88 dolares que tenia en mi monedero de la cuenta a lo que me responden que la politica de empresa es que no se hacen devoluciones, entiendo que no hagan devoluciones de la subscripcion pero no de un dinero sobrante que esta en mi monedero y lo que lo primero que hacen es vaciarme el monedero dejandolo en saldo 0.00.. aun quedandome 20 dias de subscripcion. Nunca he visto algo asi, yo a eso le llamo ROBAR. Les he escrito, he tratado de razonar y explicarles que si de verdad les merece la pena hacer eso, y que esa actitud no es nada profesional, mas bien parecia un vulgar ratero, y que si esa era su actitud y actuacion contaria lo sucedido. Una empresa nunca puede perder la decencia y confianza, te merece la pena quitarme 88 dolares de un servicio que no has hecho? te ha merecido la pena vaciarme el monedero y dejarlo a 0 de un dinero que yo no tengo acceso ni posibilidad de poder cogerlo? Para rematar me dice que como todo esto lo cuente, que me mandara a sus servicios juridicos y me demandara por calumnias y mentiras ESTOS SON VERDADERAMENTE TRADESVIZ Y NO TODOS ESAS FALSAS RESEÑAS CON NOMBRES CREADOS POR ELLOS PARA DARSE PUBLICIDAD POSITIVA Voy a activar la casilla que les avise del comentario y no pierdan ni un minuto sus servicios juridicos..jajaja

Moved all of my data from a competitor to this and I'm very happy with the help I received via the chat. Sure, there is a lot of functions and features, but as long as there is support of this level of quality, I'm very happy. For the price, features and the quality of support, this is the best I've experienced so far this year! For the features - well, I'm only probably about 1/5th of the way and I've already learned more than 1 year worth of usage in competitor journal. That's no joke. The quality of resources (video & blog) are well written and continually updated. Can't ask for more!
