Always improving platform. With the newest AI features, this is the only journal that can help me plan my day properly. Very dedicated team and proactive support! The new mobile app also seems to be excellent. Overall, even if you are using it for free, it offers excellent value. I've been a happy yearly customer (didn't even know they had a tp profile!) for more than 2 years now!

Very responsive team! Had a few quirks with my import (broker issue) they fixed it within a day! The platform is detailed, useful and provides a lot of avenues to get trade ideas also. The best part is the quality of service and product I get for this price. There's literally zero alternatives for TradesViz. Absolutely love it!

Tradesviz looked promising at first but showed its head at the end. I was no longer a customer and needed access to my trade/day plans and notes to save a copy for my personal records. As a trader this information is imperative to have. Make sure you save a copy of your information elsewhere since they make you pay to view your own notes. I journal with a composition notebook now and it saves me alot of money and from bad customer service. Tradesviz will block you if you are an unhappy customer with their chat representatives who are unprofessional. I do not recommend.

The platform looked promising but fell short. Importing from Fidelity had several issues, for example it couldn't differentiate between shares and option contracts, it wouldn't import commissions and fees, it wouldn't always import all of the rows, and a few more things. After I canceled my trial, PK reached out to me to say in a very unfriendly way that it was entirely my problem, that their system was working flawlessly and that my files were missing vital parts like timestamps (which, I know from the .csv file isn't true, at all). Im perfectly capable of importing the same file from Fidelity without errors elsewhere. I might have given them a second chance further down the road and not lost this review here, but after PKs email I lost all thrust in them. Absolutely would not recommend.

Good people behind the product and the features are useful for professional traders. Id like to point that thr data accuracy and import guidance has been much better than other platforms. Can recommend for all types of traders. Excellent mobile app also!

The analytics are very detailed and useful even for a new trader. The importing and syncing process was also smooth and had full support for my UK-based brokers. AI coach is very useful for now. I have not yet explored other AI features, but I think I have a lot to learn!

TradesViz trading journal seems to be the only one supporting EU brokers properly. They try to work with CFDs, indices and said there will be full support for DE stock charting soon! Even without it, at the moment, this seems to be the most full, perfect trading journal for accurate trade logging and analysis. AI is even better since the team is always on the chat. PK has always been in the chat to help with new queries and take feedback. All the best! 5/5!
