This platform sucks! It does not sync trades right consistently. It works one day then does not work the next. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE. You will be spending all of your time editing trades, adding trades, deleting trades etc

overly complex user interface with far too many options for things that don't matter. Impossible to do simple things with any ease. wonky charts everywhere, so many sidebar categories with garbage that is useless... ai? get real. pivot tables feature is a nightmare. something as simple as adding tags to a group of trades requires secret knowledge and hunting through dropdowns. Whoever designed this could never have been a trader, nothing makes sense. Features have been piled on with no thought of integration and simplicity. The app wont import my platform's data correct(it was splitting certain trades up and reading them as 2 instead of 1) and when i tried to get this through to support they insisted it was all my issue because they 'don't have a one size fits all approach'. How about 1 size that fits SOMEONE? I sent the person the files and they claimed i was importing with the wrong options, then he pasted a bunch of pages of stuff i was supposed to do to get it to work. i tried it all but nothing helped. I cancelled my trial, because i was done fooling around. Then he msg'd me again and asked why i cancelled. i said it wont import my platform data right. He then argued with me that it did. like WTH? I said i just want to import it like every other app i've used and have it work...eg like it does with tradersync. he then said 'maybe you should look elsewhere for an app because (paraphrased)"we aint got no issues, its you" Gee, i think he just answered his own question as to why i cancelled my trial. I'm sticking with tradersync, it has some issues, but don't need cranky support hell and an app that can't even import a csv right.

TradesViz is a journal with capabilities beyond I am guessing 90% of traders want or will ever use. Therein lies part of their problem . Trading is tough and analyzing all one’s trades, looking at what’s working, what’s not & where one can get better is the only true path to longevity. I believe it’s an amazing app. Lastly, I have dealt with support on a number of occasions & never had an issue.

Best value for money! Tried all the other popular alternatives and settled on this one for two reasons: super active customer support + extensive feature set!

Buggy software and crappy customer support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Customer support is abysmal. I would not recommend the trader journalling as they don't even offer any refunds from thier service if youre not happy. Buyer beware.
