I think it's a scam. No one ever answers the phone. Didn't really send initial offer package, as promised in the email.

Recently, I received a call from Monster Reservation Group and Trade Show Travel. They offered to upgrade my plan so that I could receive additional benefits from the travel program. I was promised an email as soon as I upgraded, detailing all the benefits of this new plan. However, after upgrading, I did not receive the promised email. Frustrated, I called priority booking to investigate why I hadn't received the email. A young lady named Debra returned my call to offer her assistance. Despite my frustration, Debra was very professional and apologetic about the confusion. She promptly investigated the matter, resolved it, and ensured that I received the email outlining my new benefits. Debra's efficiency and professionalism turned my frustration into satisfaction. We need more people like her when dealing with the public. Thank you, Debra.
