This review is about TJs vegetable and cheese enchiladas. They were awful! Only a few pieces of corn and green beans amidst a huge amount of mushy wrap. No cheese in sight. Normally I love TJ's food but this is a total miss.

Trader Joes double charged a transaction; the store was trying to blame the bank. They taking the their time to return the money.

I was very excited to go to TJ Knoxville after a long day and I was telling my partner how the people are so nice. I was trying to buy a couple bottles of wine but the cashier said he would need both our IDs. My partner did not bring his since I was purchasing. I was asking the cashier about it, because I can understand the concern but I thought, would he need both IDs if I brought my son or mother and wanted to purchase alcohol? Anyway, I was just trying to ask him about this--I will be okay without some wine--but it just bothered me that he was so mean about it. It was as if we were doing something to specifically attack him and he really hurt my feelings by cutting me off when I spoke, etc. I just wish he could have been more understanding or explained instead of getting upset with us for not knowing that. I have had many great experiences and love the wine there (that I could unfortunately not purchase lol). I will be back and there are many nice workers as well. I have done business with Trader Joe's and hope to continue that relationship, but I guess I just wanted to rant about this experience... I think the company has higher standards for their employees than this.

Im writing this a second time. A year or two ago was the first time. I love how you have many unique products! Unfortunately products that are not organic often times make me ill. So its disappointing to see new products come in that are not edible for some or many people. Case in point the delicious vegen enchiladas gave me a massive headache as do many of your products that are supposedly all non gmo. Guess what? NO ONE WANTS TO EAT PESTICIDED FOODS ANYMORE!! That being said. How about some organic vegan ice cream. Cashew or almond instead of dairy would be great. Or quality vegan dogs or sausage not made with wheat gluten. These are some of many suggestions i have. I do shop traders EVERY WEEK. THANKS FOR CONSIDERING THESE THOUGHTS! RENÉE

I love Trader Joes. I go to TJ's almost every day. I like their products and their prices are fair. I can't imagine why people would go to Whole Foods when there's a TJ's nearby.

In my mind, Trader Joe’s has always been the best. I have been buying their gluten-free products for years, especially gluten-free bread. I have raved about it and told all gluten-free people that it is the best. However, recently they seem to have change the recipe. The bread now is dry and somewhat hard after toasting. I have compared the old rappers with the new and there is an I have compared the old bread wrappers with the new and there is a distinct difference in the ingredients. Unfortunately I will have to search for another type of gluten-free bread because this is a big disappointment.

TJ'S service is great, and the people are very cool! But alas I must stop visiting them so frequently!! Items I usually purchase are jumping to price increases a $1.50 at a time!! I.E. Wheatberry bread started out at $3.29 a loaf, has jumped to $4.49 a loaf!!! Lemon yogurt was $4.29 a quart, surprise now $5.49. a hit. Start my journey back to Costco!! See you off and on TJ'S. Not their fault, but did like to support them. Paul C.

I think that Trader Joe's is superb! At my store in San Francisco (Masonic & Geary) the staff are great -- always helpful and super friendly. The products are almost uniformly excellent and the prices are amazing. I couldn't live without them. (I wish they delivered, but you can't have everything!)
