Hibert Street. Rude and disrespectful checker refused to check out scan and bag the items in front of me, and this included everything including fragile and expensive items. She hid all of this behind the register where I could not see her actions at the back where the groceries are initially placed avoiding the normal course of checking out the items as typically followed. I asked her 4x to check things out in front of me across the scanner and to bag the things where I as the customer was standing as is normal. She ignored me and refused to do this 4x. Speaking with the management about this led to excuses and an indication that customer satisfaction and respect for the customer is at the bottom of their list of priorities.

Full of preservatives: Breads and pitas looks fresh because they get stocked in daily bases, but they are full of preservatives. Check the large pita and you will see that it will not get wasted even in 1 month. I love many of the Traders Joy products especially the organic once. I loved their bread and pita's too until I found out that it's not natural. What kind of preservative are you guys putting in it? OMG, why can't you leave bread to be bread. We expect fresh bread and pita breads with any preservative from Traders Joy. I went to silver spring branch and MD and complained for the manager but he made fun of me, he never consider my opinion respectfully , sad

Quality at TJ's continue to fall. "Fresh" fruits and vegetables spoiling within 1-2 days of purchase, milk going sour before sell by date and the kicker today - peppermint organic pastilles not peppermint but rather wintergreen. TJ's has some very serious supply chain issues they need to resolve. I'm done with them.

My 1st time to shop there and I am amazed at how beautifully it was set up, flowers, cards, candy. The vegetables and fruit are was beautiful. The prices are great. Your employees are fantastic, I would like to say that our cashier was Diego was kind, social and enthusiastic. It was a great shop, thankyou.

I love their prices and they are very helpful when you ask them where something is (they take you to it). BUT I hate the way they suddenly discontinue many items with no warning. These are not exotic items which they might have trouble sourcing. They are things like cookies and horseradish hummus and many others.

BUYERS BE AWARE ‼️ Trader Joe’s increasingly behave badly. I got double scanned items and double charged on my purchases at three different stores in San Francisco and Daly City locations. One error found on the receipt in next day of the purchase. Two were caught on the spot and confronted cashiers. Such practice seems trending amount these locations. These coincidences were too obvious to be ignored! Ethical training among cashiers and floor managers are urgently needed. Please DO NOT steal customer’s money to get yourself goodies.

idk who this doesnt have a five star review tbh. best store ever. Cheapest groceries in NYC, clean store and great food especially love their produce!

Employees are always happy! Excellent customer service!! One of my favorite places to shop!
