Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. This joke of an establishment is where lunatics go to work when they have deep-rooted control issues and want to practice bringing communism to a free country. A close friend was checking out her groceries when an employee told her she was permanently banned from the store. She has never been banned or had any altercation there. They clearly confused her with someone else related to another person’s refusal to wear a mask when the policies were in place months ago. She spoke to the manager and, with no evidence or documentation whatsoever, was told that she had been “positively identified” for completely frivolous and undocumented violations, which she never committed. The way these employees think they can treat customers is incompressible. Shame on this place! I will never spend another penny there.

Overall a good grocery store with competitive prices. I have never found out of date food here. The cashiers are quick to spot any defects in packaging or damaging I may have missed. The stores are always clean and have plenty of cart wipes. Why only four stars? I agree that the plastic packaging is a little much. The stores out here don't use it on all items, but why use it if it's not needed? I know they don't have full control over what suppliers do, but I have opened bags of frozen food to find more bags inside as an example. One bag for meat, one bag for veggies, and one bag for sauce all inside the outer plastic bag. Sauce can be frozen into blocks. Meat and veggies could be separated by compartments formed from the outer bag. There was no reason for four plastic bags. On the bright side, most of their jars are glass and the stores don't carry plastic bags at all: paper only. The utensils also are made of bio-plastic and wrapped in paper. It's a good step in the right direction.

I hate with passion your packaging, all that plastic. It is destroying overall quality and especially, your fruits and vegetables. I have been shopping here for years and your healthy varieties are getting worst. What is happening with your organic produce? You are discontinuing so many great products. It is disappearing and not just due to COVID, it started way before. It makes me sad that I have to shop more and more in Whole foods.

I love your brand and your products, they’re generally really good but I cannot get over how many plastic packaging your using ! A brand your size and with the kind of products you sell should do better and help us get rid of plastic. Every single fruit and vegetable doesn’t need to be packed !!! This is ridiculous. Why don’t you become PLASTIC FREE, ECO FRIENDLY, set an exemple in the US and help the world become a better place. As a huge brand you have the responsibility to do it and it will totally be aligned with your products. You can become an even better brand ! Become plastic free or at least reduce the hell out of no necessary packaging like in fruits and vegetables! Thank you

My favorite grocery store. Great quality of food and super friendly staff.

Trader Joe's is my favorite place to shop because of the great value reasonable prices eclectic inventory and friendly accommodating crewmembers. Shopping at Trader Joe is like going on vacation.

Now that we are emerging from the panic of The Pandemic, I'd like to say THANK YOU to Trader Joe's. They maintained vigilance in their stores by insisting on masks, wiping down carts and limiting the number of people in a store. To the reviewer who said she was thrown out "for talking about masks", I don't believe that's entirely true ( meaning there's 2 sides of every story) AND a store owner can tell you to leave their establishment. Has she heard of No Shirts, No Shoes, No Service? Thanks TJ's for setting a great example. 🇺🇸
