We sent them 4 phones. 2 iPhone XRs, 1 iPhone X, 1 iPhone XS Max. I shopped a couple of Trademore's competitors and Trademore was offering the most. Our devices were pristine - always in cases and always with a screen cover. After removing the cases and covers an cleaning wipe dealt with any last dirt. We removed the SIMs and reset the phone, charged them up and put them in the box. Trademore was SUPER fast on reviewing our devices and sending us our money by Paypal. EVEN BETTER - we got 100% of their quote - no fuss. I've dealt with other companies in the past that once they got the device their quote dropped by 50% - that wasn't Trademore - I'll be a customer for life! Thanks Trademore!!!

Absolutely happy with my purchase. My iPhone XS Max is in absolute great condition with barely any scratches on the phone (I bought their 'Excellent' condition). Came with the original Apple charger, and I couldn't be any more happy!
