Pro: Paid quoted price Cons: phone number was off for 8 days straight Emails were never replied to (week +) The time from item received in mail to payout was 9 days, which seems long for a item that was still factory sealed.

customer felt screwed
I felt that the phone I sent, was in better condition than the one they renegotiated and low balled me with. They changed it from mint to good. $30 to $15

Item quoted was a Galaxy S7 Active in Mint condition, with no damage. Item received was a Galaxy S7 Active with screen burn-in and damage on all corners of the device. Quote was updated with images provided and owner accepted the updated quote. Payment was processed promptly after acceptance.

Sent fully functioning laptop, receive lowball offer after they cracked my screen
I sent in a fully functioning laptop for a trade in, wrapped it up meticulously in bubble wrap, waited a few weeks after it was delivered to receive a quote due to processing delays on their end, only to be shown photos of my laptop with a cracked screen. I have reason to believe the team at trade in my tech broke my screen during their lengthy review process so they could lowball a price for my laptop (-$200 than the original quote). Their terms are written in their favor as they can claim it arrived damage then charge you for the return fee so you end up choosing to take their awful offer instead. If they wanted to be transparent about their offers, they could provide unboxing footage but instead you get a photo with nothing else. Would not recommend, you’re better of selling your things on FB marketplace or do a trade in offer with a reputable brick and mortar store.

Item quoted was a Surface Pro 7 in Fair condition. We received a Surface Pro 7 that had a cracked screen. There was no damage to packaging upon receipt and all items are put into bubble mailers upon receipt. Customer stated they sent in a device with no damage, however had quoted the device in Fair condition, likely as a result of the cracked screen. Items received with cracked glass fall into Damaged condition and as a result the quote was changed. Updated quote was sent with images of the item received. We stress the importance of accurately describing an item or there will likely be a change in quote as a result of condition change. Order was declined and item was returned to customer.

Trade in my tech does not pick up their…
Trade in my tech does not pick up their phone nor email yet they say that they have the fast service. How do we contact the company to ensure if they have received the products or if they keep the word on their business deals with their customers?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We update along every step of the process, from when the item is received to when the payment is processed or there is a quote change. This order was updated promptly and customer was updated on the status of the order. This order was quoted for a Mint Surface Pro 8 but there was multiple signs of use on the device and a updated quote was provided, with images. Ultimately quote was not accepted and item was returned to owner.

I have not been paid yet. Supposed to get paid by Zelle, order says completed but have not been paid yet.

Payment was sent to customer in the amount of $460 to their Zelle account on file on 11/8/22. Proof of payment was provided to customer via email.

You dropped the price 50% because of a scuff mark on the box!! The box was exactly the same as I received it. This is a low ball tactic!

This item was received with signs of use on exterior of the device, not the box. Images were provided of the signs of use found. No response was provided by customer within 7 days of updated quote and it was processed.
