Try another site. These guys will significantly reduce the value of your item knowing that you'll not likely ask them to return it to you once you've gone to the trouble of packaging and shipping to them.

Overall very good. I did not agree with an initial downgrade of the value, but ultimately after corresponding, they concurred. So, while a small hiccup, they were very good about it.
